Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Godbless Matrimony. By registering or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, truthful and not misleading. You must be legally eligible to marry under applicable Indian law.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow others to use it. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Create a fake, misleading or fraudulent profile.
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose, including soliciting or promoting products/services.
• Harass, intimidate or abuse other members.
• Collect or store personal information about other members without their consent.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our systems.
• Post sexually explicit, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Contact members for purposes other than seeking matrimonial alliances.

4. Profile Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, text). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within our platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

5. Subscription & Payments

Subscription fees are listed on our Membership page and are inclusive of applicable GST (18%). All payments are non-refundable once a subscription is activated, except in cases of duplicate payment or technical errors reported within 48 hours. Subscriptions auto-expire and do not auto-renew.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Godbless Matrimony is a platform to connect individuals — we do not guarantee that you will find a life partner, and we make no warranty regarding the accuracy of information provided by other members. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Godbless Matrimony Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last three months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice and without refund. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
