Registration data: Name, gender, date of birth, email address, mobile number, denomination, and the profile-for relationship.

Profile data: Photos, height, education, occupation, family details, partner preferences, location, and "About Me" text that you voluntarily provide.

Communication data: Messages exchanged with other members through our platform.

Payment data: We collect transaction records including invoice number, plan, and GST details. We do not store credit/debit card numbers. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant).

Usage data: Log files, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and session duration — collected automatically via standard server logs.

• To match your profile with compatible partners based on your preferences.
• To send OTPs, email verifications, and important account notifications.
• To process subscription payments and generate GST invoices.
• To moderate content and investigate reported profiles.
• To improve our platform and analyse usage trends (using anonymised data).
• To send promotional offers — only if you have opted in.

3Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share limited data with:

• Other members: Your profile (excluding contact details) is visible to registered members. Contact details are revealed only per your privacy settings.
• Service providers: Razorpay (payments), Fast2SMS (OTP), Google (OAuth login) — under strict data processing agreements.
• Law enforcement: When required by applicable Indian law or court order.

4Your Privacy Controls

You can control your privacy settings from My Profile → Settings → Privacy:

• Who can see your photos (All / Premium members only / None).
• Who can see your contact number (All / Mutual interest only / None).
• Whether your profile is visible in search results.
• Whether your "Last Seen" is visible to others.

5Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Deleted accounts are soft-deleted and purged after 90 days. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian accounting regulations.

6Security

We use industry-standard security including HTTPS/TLS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, CSRF protection, and rate limiting. However, no system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password and keep it confidential.

7Cookies

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in and CSRF tokens for security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work correctly.

8Children's Privacy

Our service is intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us immediately.

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.
